2018 Pool Policy for Homeowners

All existing homeowners will not need new pool passes if your pool pass is still up-to-date (current photo, correct address and contact information).
 
All new homeowners must follow the below guidelines in order to obtain pool passes:
 
Homeowner(s) of record must show proof of residency through a deed, government record or property tax record.
 
Homeowner(s) of record, immediate family including spouse/partner and immediate dependents automatically are provided pool passes. All other adults claiming to live permanently in the home must show proof of address through one of the following methods:
               -Photo ID showing address (such as driver license, state issued ID, etc.) 
               -Utility bill (water/sewer, gas, electric)
               -Personal tax record, social security or government assistance record (all financial information and private information can be blacked out). 
               -Proof of change of address with the U.S. Postal Service and/or the Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration (MVA) showing new address within Spring Ridge Community will also be accepted.
 
Pool Policy for Renters
 
All existing tenants will not need new pool passes if your pool pass is still up-to-date (current photo, correct address and contact information). However, you must have a new pool pass privilege letter on file every summer from the homeowner in order for your pool pass to work. 
 
All new tenants must have the following in order to obtain a pool pass:
 
Valid lease (Per the Covenants, the lease must be for a period of at least six months)
You must provide one of the following ways of proof of address:
               -Photo ID showing address (such as driver license, state issued ID, etc.) 
               -Utility bill (water/sewer, gas, electric)
               -Personal tax record, social security or government assistance record (all financial information and private information can be blacked out). 
               -Proof of change of address with the U.S. Postal Service and/or the Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration (MVA) showing new address within Spring Ridge Community will also be accepted.
Pool relinquishment letter from the property’s owner granting the tenants on the lease pool privileges.
 
There will be no exceptions to these guidelines. The homeowner and tenant cannot have pool privileges at the same time. 
 
General Information

Pool Pass Replacements: If you do not have a pool pass OR if you or your children need an updated or replacement pool pass, new pool passes can be printed at the Visitors Center. There will be a $5.00 charge (cash or check only) to replace each lost pool pass.  Starting in April, new pool pass/replacement pool pass applications will be available at www.springridgeonline.com or at the Visitor Center.
 
Visitor Center hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm for pool pass services.  You can also email photos (a clear headshot) to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..  If you email a photo, you will still need to pick up your pool pass at the Visitor Center along with bringing the required documents outlined above.
