• The Spring Ridge Community consists of approximately 650 acres.
• The Spring Ridge Community master association (Spring Ridge Conservancy, Inc.) consists of 1432 homes (823 single family homes and 609 townhouses). Additionally, there are 4 sub-associations within Spring Ridge (see information below).
• The 4 sub –associations within the Spring Ridge Community are: Spring Ridge Condominium, Hampton Court Condominium, Hampton Court II Condominium, and Spring Ridge Condominium, Inc. (Professional Park).
- Spring Ridge Condominium is a residential condominium association and consists of 12 buildings with 164 total units. Spring Ridge Condominium does not have elevators.
- Hampton Court Condominium is a residential condominium association and consists of 5 buildings with 60 total units. All Hampton Court Condominium have elevators.
- Hampton Court II Condominium is a residential condominium association and consists of 7 buildings with 84 total units. All Hampton II Court Condominium have elevators.
- Spring Ridge Condominium, Inc. (Professional Park) is a business condominium association and consists of 2 buildings with 28 total units. Spring Ridge Condominium, Inc. buildings have numerous occupants that include, but are not limited to: Dentists, Physicians, Accountants, Dance Studio, Attorneys, Insurances, Etc.
• The master association (Spring Ridge Conservancy, Inc) has numerous amenities that benefit Spring Ridge residents. They are: pool facility with 4 pools, 3 tennis courts, 1 soccer field, 2 basketball courts, 9 playgrounds , over 20 miles of walking paths/sidewalks, 200 acres of open space and 38 acres that are a Certified Nature Sanctuary.
• The master association (Spring Ridge Conservancy, Inc) has several committees and clubs that residents may join and participate in.
• The Spring Ridge is also home to a fire station, shopping center, gas station, and elementary school.
• The Spring Ridge is located minutes away from historic downtown Frederick and is convenient to Washington D.C and Baltimore, MD.
